Foundation Scholars agree that after completing all education and gaining professional employment, they shall benefit the Foundation or any other charitable organization with similar objectives, in an amount equal to or greater than the monetary benefit the Scholar received from the Foundation. Said benefit can be in the form of a monetary donation or in the form of volunteer service provided to further the objectives of the selected charitable organization. The records of the Foundation will publish all such acts of charity undertaken by the Scholars on the Foundation's website and the Foundation's register.

The Founders and the Board of Directors hope and expect that this spirit of “giving” will be fundamentally imbued in each Scholar throughout their lifetime and that receipt of the Foundation Scholarship will result in charitable acts being passed forward much like a single pebble thrown into a pond results in innumerable ripples to every shoreline.
