The criteria for selecting the successful candidate for the scholarship is rigorous with only one or two candidates per year expected to be awarded a scholarship. The objective of the Selection Committee will be to select the most suitable candidate for this scholarship, which is a full-term, all expenses paid award. It is expected that each selected candidate will honour a covenant entered with the Foundation for hard work and diligence measured by results and achievement, and maintain high moral and ethical standards. The Board of Directors of the Foundation will strive to assist every chosen scholar to overcome challenges, whether personal or educational, towards completing their course of studies. In order to keep the scholarship for the entire awarded term, scholars must be good citizens with high moral and ethical standards; they must excel in their studies and achieve the highest level of proficiency; and they must be standard setters and standard bearers.
